In 1988, M&S Group of Companies started operations with a modest factory that produces coconut-based products. We are focusing on producing the highest quality UHT Coconut Milk. We have been the leading brand continuously in Malaysia and exporting our coconut milk to European Continent for more than 20 years. 

M&S UHT coconut milk has also attained International recognition awards such as Monde Selection Gold Award for 3 years continuously and 3-star award from International Taste institute, prestige’s awards from Europe. 

Being a socially responsible company, M&S also engaged in long-term CSR program. The wastewater treatment plant has been upgraded to remove as much of the suspended solids as possible before the effluent discharge back to the environment. 

Solar Panel was installed in 2018 has successfully reduced 62MT of carbon dioxide emission into the air. M&S also supporting sustainable forest management program. Most of the packaging materials used are FSC certified paper.

FSC system provide assurance that the wood and paper have been harvested in a socially responsible manner. Apart from that, M&S is making monetary donations to deserving or charitable causes on yearly basis.

And this 2019, M&S Real Food Sdn. Bhd.  has joined Singapore Taste Awards and won a Silver Medal in this competition:

Question 1: Do you already export to Singapore? If yes, where? If no, what type of importers & distributors are you looking for in Singapore? 

Answer : No. We are looking for a distributor with strong network retail and supermarkets food retails distribution in Singapore.
Question 2: What is the most unique and qualitative part of your products, different from competitors? 

Answer : Fresh (Segar), Easy (Senang) & Tasty (Sedap) would be best to describe of our products.

  • Fresh (Segar)
    • Only freshly harvested and graded coconuts are used to produce M&S Coconut Milk. It is treated and sterilized using Ultra High Temperature (UHT) technology to ensure the original taste and natural goodness of coconut milk can be preserved. 
  • Easy (Senang)
    • M&S unique packaging that retains its goodness and can also be stored at room temperature. It is so convenient and easy to use by just need to snip and pour for fresh and aromatic coconut milk at any time. 
  • Tasty (Sedap)
    • Creamy M&S coconut milk contains no preservatives, no artificial colours or flavourings to give fantastic taste to your favourite foods.

As a family brewery Schwarzbräu with its owner “Leopold Schwarz” is known as Germany’s most awarded brewery. Since the first medal in 1954, the Bavarians won nearly 700 medals and honors for their beers. All the beers of Schwarzbräu are made strictly according to the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516 – without using PVPP-filtration or pasteurization. The brewery put high value in combining traditional recipes with modern technics. Several employees work in the brewery for more than 25 years and higher.

The newest product is a classic Bavarian Helles, known as “Marie Hausbrendel Hell“. It is a typical Bavarian Lager as it is served in the pubs in Bavaria. It’s classically brewed – without pasteurization. Matured at 0°C for a time of eight weeks. The light golden color is pure joy and shines bright in the traditional Bavarian Willi-Becher. The brewer’s daughter “Marie Hausbrendel” was born in Augsburg in the Golden Twenties and was a famous host in the Schwarzbräu Bräustüberl later on. Answer : By now, we don’t have any importer for Singapore. We are looking for an importer who is willing to push forward a small Bavarian brewery which is known as “the most awarded brewery of Germany”.

Question 2: What is the most unique and qualitative part of your products, different from competitors ?

Answer : What makes us special? We run our own Malthouse. Only around 10 breweries in Germany have this outstanding knowledge of making their own malt. Our beers have this special aroma which you could describe like the guitar of Angus Young, AC/DC, which is remarkable and a well-known difference. Our beers have a mild aroma, we only use aroma hops from the famous German hops-refions Hallertau, Tettnang and Spalt. Which is also a strong advantage is, that we give our beers the time they need to become mild and digestible.

Question 3: When did you start to export your brand worldwide, and what is your development plan for the next years ?

Answer : We started to export worldwide in 2019. We had several small tries made in Vietnam and Brasil before. For around 10 years we have two importers in Italy.

The Panettone is perhaps the sweet one we are most fond of. It may be because it was the very idea of ​​making a real Artisan Panettone that pushed us to create Baghi’s or perhaps because we have always been fond of it but with difficulty in the market we found a Artisan Panettone made with quality raw materials and leavened with only live yeast.

The use of raw materials is essential for a good Panettone: Italian stone-milled flour, leavening with ONLY live mother yeast, butter obtained by centrifuge and fresh eggs, real ones, in shell and from local farms, split one by one , separating yolk and egg white manually, just like once.

If only high quality raw materials are used, for the panettone or for any other food, additives, dyes or other chemical “helpers” are not needed, which may not be so good for health. The Panettone must simply be the fruit of good ingredients, so much dedication and above all a lot of patience in waiting for the time needed for leavening.

We love the panettone and the dove but we wanted a sweet leavened with only live yeast that was pleasant at all times of the year, the PANDOLCI. To make it even more delicious we decided to combine it with some wines or liqueurs that, on special occasions, we loved to taste ourselves. This idea gave birth to our Pandolci, that is to say leavened cakes with sourdough, produced with only Italian stone-ground flour, obviously not refined, and the other characteristic ingredients of panettone and colomba, but enriched, after cooking , from some goodies from the world of wines and spirits. And on the label we want to indicate which “gem” we have chosen to give the precise indication of what we have chosen, because we do not choose random products or mix of wines or bagne or liquors not well identified as often happens.

Baghi’s pandolci are therefore leavened desserts, with a consistency similar to panettone or colomba, to which, after being taken out of the oven, the alcohol that goes best with the fruit chosen for the dough is added.

Welcome to ZIOGAS BAKERY!

Ziogas Bakery was born in 1983, by the founder Ziogas Basil in Raxa Trikala. There, in a small space of about 100 square meters, the vision of the founder was built. Over the years, however, and after personal sacrifices and hard work at all stages of skewing pies, recognition has come.  Soon, the small size of the workshop was not enough to meet the growing demand. Thus, in early 1989, the company moved to a new building in the town of Trikala. Since then the company has been steadily growing and increasing its sales and customer base.

After so many years of hard work, the time has come for Battalion to move on to the next generation. Thus, the family business is transferred to Ziogas Efthimios & Ziogas Christos , who have already acquired the necessary experience, working in the field from a very young age.

In 2006, Ziogas brothers equip the company with new production equipment, sophisticated storage facilities and a refurbished fleet of proprietary trucks. With the restless spirit and the always valuable presence of the pillar and founder of the company on their side, they continue their upward course.

In 2010, they began the Complete computerization of all business processes and in 2014, it was now clear that steady growth in demand necessitated a new expansion.  So, in 2016 the company is moving to a new, privately owned space of 10000 sqm. at the Big Head of Trikala and with a new distinctive title Ziogas Bakery .

Plus the Ziogas Bakery , able to combine tradition with the most advanced and modern production methods. Ziogas Bros Thessaloniki Ziogas Bakery   specializes in the production of round pies and souvlaki with a strong presence in the industry. Its presence began in 1983 and continues to the present day with new ideas.

The purpose of the company is to provide consumers with the most delicious and high quality pie for a round, with consistency, service and flexibility at its core. Ziogas Bros.
