Created in 2012 by the sisters Ina and Rositsa Paunovi, a young Bulgarian brand is following the fragrant traces of the Bulgarian oil-bearing rose to reveal the secrets of the flower in cooking. The only brand dedicated exclusively to the role of the rose in food, Rosey’s mark creates the concept of “Floral Gastronomy from Bulgaria”.
Rosey’s mark’s mission is to expand and promote the role of roses in food. The team works to achieve it through its products, but also through a series of activities – events, collaborations with professional chefs, development of authoring recipes. They are promoting the possibilities of roses in modern nutrition, including in the growing category of functional foods.

The chocolate with roses is handmade and is the first chocolate product with Bulgarian rose oil. The first flavor, black chocolate with roses, was created in 2014, followed by two more flavors in 2015 – milk chocolate and white chocolate. All three with a distinctive touch of rose, these chocolate bars are a real attraction for lovers of quality chocolate.
The sweet series is distinguished by original recipes created and presented for the first time in 2016. Completely natural and with 100% fruit sugars, the new taste of sweet from roses is more fresh and really healthy because it contains apple juice instead of sugar or artificial sweeteners.
