Danila and Jan Klüver have fulfilled a dream and want to share their passion for chocolate with the world. From the finest chocolates to truffles, chocolate bars, broken chocolates and drinking chocolates, they produce everything that chocolate lover’s heart desires. Everything is lovingly made by hand and elegantly packed. Whether it’s snacking or looking for a nicely wrapped gift: every little delicacy deserves appropriate packaging. For Daja Chocolate’s noble products only the best chocolate and marzipan raw masses, produced in Lübeck and Switzerland, are used.
In May 2015, they renovated their current production facilities in the beautiful city of Rosen Uetersen and transformed them within a few weeks into a small glass factory with retail outlet. Daja Chocolate wants to do everything they can to make sure that their customers feel comfortable with them. Daja Chocolate philosophy is to produced chocolates and other delicacies with the greatest care and manufactured with the use of only the best ingredients. And with these philosophy they can never lose the sight of two things: the quality of their products and the satisfaction of their customers.

The basic of Daja Chocolate’s manufactory is their experience while working as confectioners for years in Germany, Finland and Ireland. Next to chocolates, they have been producing cakes, gateaux, icecream and jam.
This 2019, Daja Chocolate has joined Singapore Chocolate Awards 2019 and their salt caramel spread won a gold medal and their gin praline won a silver in this competition:
