Under Jean-François Réaud’s leadership, the estate transformed into Château Le Grand Moulin and expanded to cover 25 hectares by the late 1990s. In 2011, the vineyards were converted to organic farming and adopted the name Château Les Aubiers. Today, Château Les Aubiers encompasses 44 hectares of vineyards, representing Vignobles Gabriel & Co’s commitment to sustainable practices.
