The Cantina Palmeri stands for the respectful treatment of people, resource, and nature. Through forward-looing and sustainable practices, Palmeri strives to meet its responsibilities with any product and operation it undertakes.
For wines this mean: Cantina Palmeri adapt viticulture to the natural conditions, consciously keep the yelds per hectar low, and rely on permanent greening in the vineyards. These ensure the procedures are performed without intensive mechanical soil processing in favour of the soil organism. In the cellar, we rely on absolutely healthy grape materials, extreme hygene and precisely controlled temperatures throughout all processing, fermentation and ripening steps.
The philosophy of Cantina Palmeri is concretized in the meticulous attention to the selection, to the collection of grapes and winemaking techniques, with a view to constant improvement of the quality and healthiness of the wine. Thus becoming faithful interpreters of a territory.
