They make an exhaustive control of the bulbs (onion) before planting them, they take care of each flower (ROSA DEL AZAFRÁN) in the collection and pampereach stigma (HEBRA DE AZAFRÁN)) in the monda, until it reaches the desiccation (roasting) of them and delicacy in the packaging so that it reaches the consumer with an Intense and Fresh Flavor, Penetrating Aroma, Vivid Color.
AZAFRAN 1994 produces Ecological certified Saffron, Saffron with the seal of the Protected Designation of Origin Saffron of La Mancha and Gourmet Saffron.
