In 2006, COFAMA VINS I CAVES started a new strategy based on managing own brands and adding more different cellars on its portfolio. After that period, we have registered many different brands and also we developed several autonomous “projects” all them managed by our company.
In 2016, COFAMA VINS I CAVES obtained their own Bottling Register so they operate as a winery at each appellation they bottled from.
This 2019, COFAMA VINS I CAVES has joined Singapore Newspaper Wines, Spirits and Beer Competition and won 3 gold medal and 2 silver medal in this competition:

Tasting notes
Deep red cherry red color with violet reflections. This wine offers an elegant aroma of ripe red fruits, with fine nuances of oak and mineral notes. In the mouth, it is fleshy, sweet and potent with a good balance. Its aftertaste is very fruity, with good balance and excellent varietal expression.
Pairing
Some nice pairings for this wine could include barbecue, stews and game as well as any meat with vegetables. It can also be served with smoked food, foie-gras and cured cheeses.

Tasting notes
Straw yellow colour with green tones. Fine persistent bubbles. Bright appearance. Soft aging aroma with signs of flower, ripe fruit and citric. Extremely vivacious in mouth compensated with a pleasant elegance and equilibrium. The aftertaste remains to white fruits and some signs of citric. Fresh, pleasant, balanced and a fine bubbling structure.

A perfect drink to enjoy desserts, sweets or some appetizers on a sunny day.

Tasting notes
Deep and intense red cherry colour with violet reflections. Very fresh and balsamic aromas of plums and raspberries. In the mouth is powerful and rich, but delicate. Complex and long aftertaste with a nice equilibrium of acidity, spices and salinity.

Cheese, cheese and cheese! Also, any kind of appetizer as well as rice, pasta or white meats. Versatile wine: to drink alone or to pair with many different kinds of cuisine, including Indian, Asian and Mediterranean.
