Fünfundsechzig07 was created by 5 guys from the town of Ingelheim, Germany who gave their hometown it was still missing: an own local gin.
In summer 2018 Kristian Dautermann, Heinz Dengel, Thorsten Winternheimer, and Jörg and Joachim Schweizer started working on the creation of a local version of the cult-spirit.
Fünfundsechzig07 means Sixtyfive07 and is the venerable name of the Ingelheim Dry Gin. As every resident of Ingelheim knows, this number was the former postcode of the small town on the River Rhine. Creating a new gin sounds like a simple process, but wasn´t. More than 9 approaches were necessary until everybody was satisfied with the result.
They used 19 different Botanicals e.g. Juniper, Black Currant, Elder, Lemon, Orange and Hibiscus. The result isn´t a real main stream gin. It´s a complex and fascinating gin for people who love strong, confident flavours.
The Ingelheim Dry Gin is a liquid declaration of love for their hometown.
Recently, Fünfundsechzig07 Spirits GbR has joined Singapore Newspaper Wines Spirits & Beers Competition and won a gold medal:

In addition to the classic ingredients such as juniper and coriander
give the Ingelheim Dry Gin fine native botanicals such as
blackcurrant and elderberry – rounded off with fresh
citrus aromas and hibiscus its unique, full-bodied
taste. That makes him exciting, that makes him delicious.

Question 1: Do you already export to Singapore? If yes, where? If no, what type of importers & distributors are you looking for in Singapore?
We aren’t exporting our Gin to Singapore yet. After the Singapore Spirit Award we got a few inquiries which we are evaluating at the moment.
Question 2: What is the most unique and qualitative part of your products, different from competitors?
Fünfundsechzig07 Dry Gin is not a “Beginner-Gin”. Due to it´s complex and boastful composition it´s more a gin for real ‘Dry-Lovers’. It´s fun to combine it with different tonics.
Question 3: When did you start to export your brand worldwide, and what is your development plan for the next years?
We established Fünfundsechzig07 Spirits Gbr. last Summer. Today we are really happy with our current success. Our main goal at the moment is to satisfy our customers in our home-region and around. But maybe Singapore will be the next step.
