Lionel Wojcik has been working in the wine industry since he was young and makes his wine under a famous wine consulting, Mr. MITJA VILLE (from TERTRE ROTEBOEUF). Mr. Wojcik says that “by understanding the processes involved with making a great wine, you’ll be able to identify a good wine based on your own tastes. I as a winemaker uses a very good quality barrels, from RADOUX and my vinification is very traditional that contributes in my successful wine-making process.
He started to export Chateau ALVERNE wine 3 years ago to U.K. and HONG-KONG and for the next years, he’s plan is to export in USA, JAPAN and SINGAPORE with serious and quality distributors that shares similar vision with him and of course who sees him as long term business partner.
Earlier this year, his three wines were awarded by Singapore Newspaper with Gold and Silver medals (Château Alverne St-Emilion Grand Cru AOC 2014, Gold; Château Alverne St-Emilion Grand Cru AOC 2015, Gold; Château Alverne St-Emilion Grand Cru AOC 2016, Silver). This shows that Château Alverne winery have not rested in their laurels, but instead, have built their success to achieve greater heights.
