Boss Brothers Sdn Bhd was established in year 2017 as a chilli sauce makers in Selangor, Malaysia. Factory was well certified with MeSTI and HALAL by KKM and Jakim. Our vision is “Making the best possible chilli sauce, in the most possible natural ways”.
With the passion of serving the best chilli sauce to the world, “BOSS” is created with the meaning of “Benchmark of Superb Standards.” They started with producing BOSS chilli sauce where the recipe was origin from a homemade recipe and it was produced by natural ingredients with no added coloring and preservatives.
They started to introduce the sauces to locals by making it available in different packing such as 25g, 270g and 4kg packing to cater for different industry needs. Due to the unique, complex and layer taste, BOSS chilli sauce was able to standout from the competitors and now is considered as one of the best choice for hot sauce lovers.
From then on, with the experiences in production, they have been slowly expanding the range of products to Peri-Peri sauce, Tomato Sauce, Black Pepper sauce, Sambal and so on to fulfill the market needs.

Interview of Singapore Awards to : Mr. David Fong & Nelson Liew – Founders
Question 1: Do you already export to Singapore ? If yes, where ? If no, what type of importers & distributors are you looking for in Singapore ?
Currently no but we are very interest to export our sauces to Singapore.
We are looking for a FMCG importers & distributors that can help us to distribute and market our products to the retailers and restaurants in Singapore. We have various type of packing to cater customer’s need such as 270g bottle for retails, 4kg tub and 25g sachet packing for restaurants use.
Question 2: What is the most unique and qualitative part of your products, different from competitors ?
BOSS Chilli Sauces are manufactured with natural ingredients, with no preservatives, coloring and MSG. The chilli sauces are come with 3 level of spicy level and each is introduced with unique, complex and layer taste.
Our award winning chilli sauce are as below:
Happy BOSS (Gold Medal): Spicy level is Hot, come with strong garlic taste, light sourness and the heat is fall on your tongue. The spiciness is short but it make you sweat! Dipping recommendation are seafood, lamb, noodles and hotpot.
Crazy BOSS (Gold Medal): Spicy level is Extra Hot, come with strong garlic taste and the heat is attack on your throat. The spiciness is long and make you Wow! Dipping recommendation are hotpot, grilled foods and fried foods.
BOSS Peri-Peri Sauces are manufactured with natural ingredients, with no preservatives, coloring, MSG and specially crafted with low sodium, zero sugar, zero trans fat and zero cholesterol!
Our award winning Peri-Peri Sauces are as below:
Peri-Peri Sauce-Original (Gold Medal): The sauce is sour, a little spicy and the complex taste of peppers make it as a versatile dipping or marination sauce for almost everything. Suitable to non-spicy sauce lovers, and also those who love healthy but tasty sauces.
Peri-Peri Sauce-Hot (Silver Medal): The sauce is hot and sour, slightly garlicky and with complex taste of peppers. A good dipping or marination sauce for western food. Suitable to those looking for substitution for their home boring chilli sauce.
Question 3: When did you start to export your brand worldwide, and what is your development plan for the next years ?
We started to export our brand to Macau and China since year 2019 but hold back due to the pandemic. We do not give up and are now come back stronger by winning the gold medal in Singapore Taste Awards 2021. Our development plan for the next years are introducing our BOSS sauces to more countries and hopefully with the power of media, we can move forward in speed!
