X 37 grados norte S.L. is a family-owned business that has been involved in the world of oil and olive groves for centuries, with headquarters and a base in Priego de Córdoba, the town that gives its name to the oil, since X 37o 32′ N; and 4o 19’W are the coordinates of this Córdoba area.
The diversity and abundance of species in the region where we are presumed. This natural resources, which we preserve through good agricultural practices, combined with the DNA of ancient specimens from a traditional olive grove grown at high altitude and on dry land, ensures high-quality production while also promoting sustainable growth.
X 37 Grados Norte SL honors not only these ancient and indigenous specimens, but also responsible and respectful environmental practices. They enjoy the outdoors while providing a balanced, high-quality product.
The aim of X 37 Grados Norte SL is to produce a premium oil that is always made from the area’s native olive, the picuda. As a result, they sustain a century-old plantation, use chemical materials sparingly, strive to protect the climate, and adhere to tradition. They also make every effort to preserve the area’s biodiversity.
Respect for the soil, plants and fruit forces us to dispense with part of the production in favor of quality.
The agricultural tasks serve to promote the growth and health of the plants that will later offer their best gift: a large, bright, intense green olive that opens in a round, fruity and deeply aromatic oil.

XY is an extremely complex and intense fruity extra virgin olive oil. Very balanced in terms of bitterness / itching.
It has a beautiful golden yellow color, limpid, intense, with delicate green hues .
Its first aroma is broad and resounding, rich in fruity notes, always green, such as apple and banana. Alloza. But also vegetables: tomato, along with fragrant notes of basil, mint and parsley. Citrus aromas (lemongrass herbs, green grapefruit skin, etc.) stand out.
