Bordeaux appellation controlled
The selection of the best bunches of the Bordeaux appellation, the harvesting of grapes according to their maturity and the classic vinification ensure the best preservation of the typicality of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The long, traditional maceration is done in thermoregulated vats.
Grapes: 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine has a gorgeous ruby color with red fruit aromas and complex mouthfeel. A wine not to be missed!
Can be served alone or with meat, desserts or cheeses.
Aging potential: 5-7 years

Bordeaux appellation controlled
Large selection of Sauvignon Blanc from a limestone soil.
Winemaking: Traditional at low temperature. After decantation, the alcoholic fermentation then takes place on fine lines.
Tasting : A beautiful golden color with an elegant nose, hints of green apple and fresh citrus. The mouth is lively and fresh, well balanced with a long finish.
100% SAUVIGNON WHITE
Wine pairing : This wine goes very well with seafood, fish and poultry. It can also be enjoyed as an aperitif and with fresh fruit.
Aging potential: 3 – 5 years
Appellation Gigondas Controlled
Our greatest wine of guard comes from vineyards close to the village of Gigondas. Like our Vacqueyras, they grow on sandy clay-limestone soils typical of the Rhone Valley. At the Sadel Family, the harvest is done manually, each variety being harvested according to its maturity. The vinification is carried out in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks.
Grape varieties: 70% Grenache, 30% Syrah
A bewitching purple, its powerful and complex nose dominated by notes of black fruits and spices will attract lovers of wines of character. With tight tannins, it offers a much appreciated suppleness and notes of figs and spices.
A perfectly balanced wine, it will go perfectly with roasted meats, cepe purees or cheese with character.Aging potential: 10 -15 years 75cl – 14.5% alc
Appellation Côtes-du-Rhône Controlled
Like its red cousin, our Côtes-du-Rhône Blanc is located not far from the famous Dentelles de Montmirail, thus benefiting from a sunny climate and terraces with pebble soil. The vinification is done exactly the same way, traditionally, in vats of stainless steel and wood. The maceration takes place for three weeks under thermoregulated control.
Grapes: 60% Grenache Blanc, 25% Clairette, 15% Viognier
Characterized by a slight golden robe, the aromas of exotic fruits and white peaches bring a fresh and delicious fragrance to this wine. The white Côtes-du-Rhône from the Sadel family offers a perfect balance in the mouth and a nice acidity softened by delicate aromas of pineapple. The finish is long and refreshing.

Appellation Vacqueyras Controlled
Our Vacqueyras is located south of the Dentelles de Montmirail, its grapes come from 4 hectares of old vines planted on a sandy clay soils typical of the region. Proud to preserve the ancestral traditions of the French winemakers, we sort and trample our grape variety grapes. The fermentation is carried out, like the majority of our wines in thermoregulated vats in order to draw up to the last ounces of flavors and aromas.
Grapes: 70% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 5% Mourvèdre
The Vacqueyras of the Sadel Family unveils a brilliant and beautiful garnet color dress. On the nose are spicy aromas of ripe fruit, blackcurrant coulis and spices. On the palate, unctuous and dense, this wine is endowed with flavors reminiscent of the delicious jams of ripe fruit that grandmother prepared, its subtle spicy notes bring a touch of character well appreciated.
Its long finish is elegant with soft, velvety tannins.
