In 1999, Daniel Boulle, a passionate winemaker and his wife Hélène give birth to Domaine Les Aphillanthes. The family farm located in France, south of the Rhone Valley in the municipality of Worker (Plan of God’s Plateau).It Offers an extensive range of authentic wine composed Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Cinsault, Counoise, Viognier, Roussanne and Clairette, on a clay-limestone soil.
In order to offer wines of good quality, Domaine Les Aphillanthes adopt a system of organic production. Their wines are produced according to the principles of organic farming both in the vineyards and cellars. They exclude any use of fertilizers and chemical pesticides or genetically modified organisms.
This 2019, Domaine Les Aphillanthes has joined Singapore Newspaper Wines, Spirits and Beers Competition and won 2 gold medal and a silver medal in this competition:

Interview of Mr. Daniel BOULLE – Owner of Domaine Les Aphillanthes
Question 1: Do you already export to Singapore ? If yes, where ? If no, what type of importers & distributors are you looking for in Singapore ?
Domaine les Aphillanthes exports a large part of its production to the world. For the moment our wines are not in the Singapore market. We would like to work with an importer related to the catering and the stores specialized in wines.
Question 2: What is the most unique and qualitative part of your products, different from competitors ?
The vines are cultivated traditionally, without weeding, with tillage, disbudding, harvest in green on too productive plots, treatments and amendments are natural (no insecticide or synthetic fertilizer). Throughout the year our daily tasks take place at the rhythm of the seasons, guided by the moon. A year of listening and passion to harvest grapes of character. A plot selection is made. The grapes are picked by hand, and sorted by the plot. From the moment arrived in the cellar, the grapes pass a new examination on a carpet, before being scuffed and put in Tank. Since 2003 the vineyard is entirely conducted in Organic and Biodynamic Agriculture in the desire to change the field.
Question 3: When did you start to export your brand worldwide, and what is your development plan for the next years ?
The Aphillanthes estate was created in 1999 and our production was exported to the USA, in Belgium and Japan from the first vintage. Since then we have developed the French market and many countries have opened their doors (Denmark, Germany, G. Brittany, Switzerland, New Zealand, Australia, Canada etc.). My goal is to continue to discover our wines around the world, while respecting the nature, soil and vine to present wines of terroir, quality and passion.
